Psiog’s philosophy to Skilling is centered around holistic career roadmaps as opposed to specific technological skills. The Leadership team, with an unconventional average age of 32 stands testament to its innovative approach to leadership development, centering on ‘Build’ as a strategy.
IMPACT is Psiog’s flagship talent development programme that instils rigor and deep technology competency in our associates. Designed for fresh engineering graduates entering the technology industry, it is unlike any onboarding or training programme you will find elsewhere.
New graduates start with ‘IMPACT’ – Integrated Mentoring Program for Advanced Career in Technology. This proprietary program combines self-learning with mentor-delivered sessions (featuring Mentors with 35+ years’ experience), guiding participants through hands-on assignments in software engineering fundamentals. The program culminates in a graduation ceremony where associates defend their final demonstration to the entire leadership.
