Psiog follows a build-over-buy talent strategy as it believes in nurturing raw talent and empowering them to becoming leaders of tomorrow. This philosophy became the genesis of the IMPACT program. The uniqueness and key features of the program bagged the winning title of the NASSCOM SME Inspire Awards – Outstanding Skilling Initiatives. The awards is an initiative by the NASSCOM SME Council, dedicated to recognizing exemplary leadership among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The awards honour those who incubate unique skilling models to drive outstanding business growth, delivery capabilities, and innovation.
The distinguished recognition celebrates Psiog’s strong commitment to structured, high-impact approach to workforce & leadership development, career enablement and propagating the culture of continuous learning within the organization. An industry-first and marquee program – IMPACT – refers to Integrated Mentoring Program for Advanced Career in Technology. The uniqueness of the program is to offer a blended approach of self-learning and continuous mentorship from the programmes’ alma mater, is designed for fresh engineering grads to go through rigorous learning to build an edge in technological competency over the best in the industry and institutionalise the culture of continuous learning. The program spans for a period of 27 months. It exposes the mentees to a wide range of tech stacks with an intent to prepare them to take on any project during their employment. While equipping the mentees to be technically strong, the program also focuses on nurturing several behavioural and soft skills that lays the foundation for great leadership skills.
IMPACT was seeded with a vision building full lifecycle leaders who will go on to become a CEO of Psiog.
